Project Brief :
This is the final project for one of the modules from second semester. The project required to research on one of the 17 UNSDGs and come up with creative solutions that could help in the process of achieving the goal.
I chose Goal No.5, that is, Gender Equality. Under this goal comes many targets, of which I chose Female Genital Mutilation.
I created a blog that talks all about this practice, along with a campaign that leads to the blog. The campaign has social media posts but mostly artworks which do not necessarily tell what the illustrations are about. The main idea behind this campaign is to spread awareness through the element of curiosity. The illustrations are meant to raise questions which would make people talk and create awareness about FMG.
